Use this sequence tonight: observe, compare, choose one action, then review. / 今晚依次练习：观察、对照、选择行动、回顾。

1. Open the files. Download after payment, unzip, then open the guide PDF and one JPG. A phone may require a Files app. / 付款后下载解压，打开指南与一张JPG；手机可使用文件应用。
2. Ask a workable question. Try “What can I do to begin?” / 问一个可行动的问题，例如“我可以怎样开始？”
3. Observe before interpreting. Choose The Star and write three visible details. / 选择星星牌，先写三个可见细节。
4. Compare with the guide. Which keywords fit your actual situation? Which do not? / 对照指南，哪些关键词符合你的情况，哪些不符合？
5. Record one action. Use a journal or workbook when included; otherwise use a notebook. / 含练习册或记录表的套装可直接填写，否则用自己的笔记本。
6. Review tomorrow. Record what you did, including observations that did not fit. / 明天记录实际行动，也保留不符合的观察。
